How tracking works here
Tracked continuously, not checked once
Add a reference and we keep polling the carrier for its whole life — through departure, transshipment, arrival, discharge and pickup — until it is complete. There is nothing to refresh and no schedule to remember.
Every shipment on one board
Containers, bills of lading and bookings from every carrier and forwarder you use sit in one table, with the same columns and the same status vocabulary. Filter, sort, and save views by lane, customer, or whatever else you work by.
Dates in your local time
Carriers publish times in the local time of the port. We record which they are and convert, so an ETA in Ningbo and an ETA in Rotterdam can be compared without doing time-zone arithmetic in your head.
Milestones per container
Gate out, load, vessel departure, transshipment, arrival, discharge, customs release, available for pickup, delivery, empty return. A bill of lading covering several containers keeps each box's own timeline rather than collapsing them into one.
Last free day and demurrage exposure
Where the carrier or terminal publishes it, the last free day is captured per container and surfaced before it passes — the date that decides whether a box costs you money sitting still.
Transshipment legs, not just origin and destination
Intermediate ports are recorded as legs with their own arrival and departure, so you can see where a box is actually sitting and how long it has been there.
Share without handing over an account
Give a customer, supplier, broker or drayage partner a read-only link to exactly the shipments they should see. They need no account to look.
The same data over an API
Everything on the board is available programmatically, with webhooks when a shipment changes, so it can feed your TMS or ERP instead of being re-keyed.
